What Is a Past Life Regression?
Past Life Regression is a gentle, guided process that uses relaxation and hypnosis techniques to help you access memories, imagery, or insights believed to be connected to previous lifetimes. This experience can offer clarity, emotional release, and a deeper understanding of patterns, relationships, or themes that may be influencing your present life. Many individuals find this work to be healing, empowering, and spiritually meaningful, even when approached with curiosity rather than belief.
I was trained in Past Life Regression Therapy by Susan Wisehart, MS, LMFT, NCSP-R, CHt, an internationally recognized expert in regression work. Sessions are conducted with professionalism, grounding, and an emphasis on safety, personal insight, and client autonomy.
Common Questions About Past Life Regression
What if I’m not sure I believe in past lives?
Belief is not required. Many people participate with an open mind and find value in the metaphors, emotional truths, and personal insights that emerge.
Will I be in control?
Yes. You remain aware, safe, and in control throughout the session. Past life regression is a collaborative process, and you can stop or pause at any time.
How long is a session and what is the cost?
Sessions are 2 hours and cost $210. Payment is accepted via cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle.
What is your cancellation policy?
Because each session involves significant preparation and reserved time, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge.
Can I record my session?
Yes! If you have an iPhone or similar smart phone, you can record on your Voice Memo App or similar app.
How to Prepare for a Past Life Regression
Preparing intentionally can enhance your experience and help you feel grounded and focused during your session. Here are a few tips:
Set an intention. Think about what you hope to learn, understand, or release. You don’t need a specific question, but having a focus can help guide the experience.
Get good rest the night before. Being relaxed and mentally clear supports a deeper, more meaningful regression.
Avoid alcohol or recreational substances for 24 hours beforehand. These can interfere with your ability to relax into the process.
Wear comfortable clothing and eat lightly before the session. Feeling physically comfortable helps you stay present and engaged.
Arrive with an open mind. Whether you seek healing, curiosity, or clarity, being receptive allows the experience to unfold naturally.
Consider journaling afterward. Insights often continue emerging, and a journal can help you integrate what you discover.
